If you have purchased or subscribed to our app or in-app items through Google Play and wish to apply for a refund within 48 hours, you can directly request a refund through Google Play. Refund via Kaboom Game (App Developer)
We are committed to providing fair and transparent refund services to our users. Our refund policy primarily follows the regulations set by Google Play, while also establishing additional refund clauses for special circumstances. Below is a detailed explanation of our refund policy:
General Refund Rules
We believe that Google Play's refund policy is very reasonable, and our policy follows the same principles. If you wish to apply for a refund within 48 hours of completing a purchase, you can directly request a refund through Google Play. For purchases made more than 48 hours, we generally do not offer refunds, unless required by law or in special circumstances.
Special Circumstances Refunds
- If you purchase an item and a major bug in the game prevents you from logging in or using the game for more than 48 hours, you may request a refund for items purchased within 24 hours before the bug occurred;
- If you have not received the purchased item more than 48 hours after the purchase, you can apply for a refund;
- If you are unable to complete a refund within 48 hours of purchase due to force majeure (which refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable events, including but not limited to severe natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, fires, as well as wars, pandemics, etc.), you may apply for a refund;
- Other special circumstances. If you encounter any other special circumstances not listed above and need to apply for a refund, please provide sufficient evidence. We will assess your case based on the evidence provided and make a decision accordingly.
Supplementary Notes on Special Circumstances Refunds:
- If the purchased item has already been consumed (e.g., in-game diamonds), it is not eligible for a refund under the above circumstances;
- If a refund cannot be processed due to certain technical development issues, we will inform you of the reasons in detail and offer you an equivalent amount of in-game diamonds as compensation.
Application Process for Special Circumstances Refunds
- You need to send a refund request to CustomerService@kaboomplanet.com;
- In your refund request, please provide detailed evidence (screenshots or video evidence are preferred) that fully proves the existence of the issue. If the evidence you provide is incomplete and we are unable to make a proper judgment, we will not be able to process your refund;
- Please include your in-game ID in the refund request. If you are unable to locate your in-game ID, you can seek help through CustomerService@kaboomplanet.com.
- We will review the submitted documentation within 24 hours and notify you of the results within 72 hours. Please ensure all provided information and evidence are accurate and complete to expedite the refund process.
